Marketing Management Analytics Expands Management Team
Former MarketShare Partners Director Named Vice President

Wilton, Conn., January 10, 2007 -- Marketing Management Analytics, Inc. (MMA), www.mma.com, the pioneer and innovator in advanced marketing analytics, today announced the appointment of John D. Clayton as Vice President, Account Management. Clayton will lead client service for select MMA accounts, and be based on the west coast in SantaMonica, Calif. MMA is an independent operating unit of Carat, one of the world's leading media services companies.

Clayton joins MMA from MarketShare Partners in Los Angeles, where he managed key accounts in the automotive, entertainment, travel, and brokerage industries. He has more than 25 years of experience helping Fortune 100 companies successfully implement econometric studies and CRM initiatives.

Prior to joining MMA, Clayton was Client Service Director at MarketShare Partners, an econometrics organization with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and London. He has also held senior level positions at top advertising agencies, including McCann Relationship Marketing and Grey Direct West.

Clayton graduated with a B.A in French and Economics from Duke University. He received his M.B.A with honors in Marketing and Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Los Angeles, Calif.
