Client Service

Work in MMA's Client Service Department providing analytical analysis or and support to clients across various industries. In this area your strong analytic, client service and communication skills will be put to the test in a challenging and rewarding environment. Travel is necessary for some of these positions and some of these may also require the employee to work at the client location at least part of the time. MMA typically hires candidates from entry level through the Director and Vice President levels.

Associate Project Directors

Entry Level position for the college graduate through 2 years relevant business experience. In this role you will learn to provide day-to-day client project support in the analytic modeling area.

Project Directors

The Account Manager will not only have account ownership responsibilities but will also manage people and projects with high degree of professionalism. Associate Analysts
Entry-level position in which the individual will learn essential foundations of MMA’s various product and service offerings. Plays a supporting role in providing day-to-day analytic support for routine client projects. Responsible for taking direction from the ASG manager and/or client service team to provide answers to business issues through analyses. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of projects as directed. Limited responsibility for productivity goals and process adherence. Supports the entire project engagement, focusing on analytics.

Plays a lead role in managing projects and analysts to deliver results to clients / CS teams, including day-to-day analytical support for client projects across MMA. Responsible for collaborating with and/or leading the client service team to provide valid answers to business issues through analyses. Systems Implementation

MMA's Implementation & Data Solutions Group is responsible for the roll out, installation, testing and support of the systems as well as the significant, ongoing data support requirements for client projects. This team works closely with the end users as well as with the IT departments in the client environment. They are responsible for ensuring the tools work effectively within the client environment.

MMA typically hires candidates for the following Systems Implementation positions:


Data Specialists
Candidates typically come out of the syndicated data industry and have 2 or more years experience in handling coordinating the acquisition and preparation of large data sets. Interact with various client service teams in support of the day-to-day data processing requirements and work with suppliers and clients in the acquisition of data.

Requires 2 plus years relevant experience implementing data integration services. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of MMA tools at the client and providing ongoing support as required.

Development

As a member of the Development team at MMA, you will play an important role in developing and implementing MMA's analytic and data integration offerings designing tools and marketing effectiveness strategies for maximizing sales and profit.

Software Engineering

Provide high quality planning, analysis and programming for our tools and applications. Design and implement enhanced functionality to improve future standardization efforts across the MMA product line. Candidates must have a 4 year degree in Computer Science or similar discipline and have 2 plus years relevant work experience in some of the following programming methods and technologies – Visual Basic, C, C++, JAVA, ASP, COM, Object Oriented Design.

Software Architecture

Individuals are responsible for determining, creating and documenting the architecture and identifying the technical and resource requirements. The architect is also part of the development team that will be responsible for defining, architecting and building a new generation of offerings for MMA.

Analytical Development
Be part of the team focused on developing and enhancing MMA’s analytical capabilities. Provide sales support in the business development process, which may include providing effective presentations to clients and prospects. Strong analytic skills as well as a Masters degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics or similar discipline is typically sought for MMA’s analytical development positions.

Cooperative Education and Internship Opportunities

Co-operative education and internship opportunities may exist in MMA's Clients Service, Analytical Services and Development departments. The goal of these programs is to provide students with the opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience in a marketing or technical environment and at the same time allowing the company to utilize the skills of these students to help meeting MMA's client’s needs.
